About Treble Tones.
Treble Tones Women’s Chorus is a non-auditioned Women’s Chorus. The group originated in 1964 as the New Hope Mother Singers. At its start the chorus supported music education programs in the Robbinsdale Area School District. The group’s focus has since turned towards serving the community by singing at community events and senior housing facilities.
Today Treble Tones has 40+ members, hailing primarily from the northwestern suburbs of Minneapolis. In an average year, the Treble Tones put on nearly 20 performances for groups in the community including two larger concerts, one in December and one in May.
The Mission of Treble Tones Women’s Chorus is to give back to the community - musically, educationally, and philanthropically by sharing the joy of singing.
